Consultant – Project Director

The Fineview Community Organization seeks an experienced and motivated consultant to serve as Project Director for a federally funded planning initiative assessing the feasibility of developing a Community Trail and Greenway in a hilly, urban, low- to moderate-income diverse neighborhood of about 1200 residents close to city amenities.

This is a contract position responsible for leading all aspects of project planning, coordination, and reporting in compliance with federal grant requirements.
